How to merge PDF files
Click "browse" or drag your PDF files onto the drop zone. Add as many as you like. Each file appears in a list — use the up and down arrows to reorder them, or the × to remove one. When the order is right, click "Merge PDFs" and download the combined file. The whole process runs in your browser, so your documents are never uploaded.
When to merge PDFs
- Combining scanned documents — merge separately scanned pages into one file
- Assembling reports — join a cover page, body, and appendix into a single document
- Application packets — combine a CV, cover letter, and certificates for a job application
- Invoices and receipts — bundle a month of receipts into one PDF for accounting
Your PDFs stay private
This tool uses pdf-lib to merge PDFs entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to any server — you can verify this by disconnecting from the internet and merging files offline. After merging, you can compress the result to reduce its file size, or edit it to add text and annotations.
